I was invited to support Seven Hawks Vineyards during a season of growth and experimentation. What began as a conversation about enhancing the customer experience evolved into a broader effort to reimagine how the tasting room, retail space, and community programming could work together.

Working alongside the management team, I helped transform the tasting room into a month-long holiday pop-up market featuring local artists, makers, live music, wine tastings, and seasonal events. My role included retail merchandising, event coordination, photography, social media support, promotional design, vendor relations, and cultivating community partnerships.

By taking a holistic view of the business, we identified opportunities to improve flow, strengthen visitor engagement, showcase local talent, and create an environment that encouraged guests to linger, explore, and return.

The project resulted in increased engagement, stronger community participation, enhanced retail presentation, and measurable growth in sales—demonstrating how thoughtful attention to both space and experience can strengthen connections between a business and the community it serves.
